• Open audit documentation for transparency and independent verification

• Support for multiple cryptocurrency and digital asset types

Our devices are designed exclusively for private key storage and custody functions and do not include trading, exchange, or purchasing capabilities. This focused approach ensures maximum security and regulatory compliance.

3. Product Purchases and Orders

3.1 Order Process

All product purchases must be initiated through direct contact with our sales team. We do not process orders through automated online systems. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice based on market conditions, component availability, and other factors.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your individual purchase agreement. We accept various payment methods as agreed upon during the order process. All payments must be received before product shipment unless alternative arrangements are specifically agreed upon in writing.

3.3 Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms, costs, and delivery timeframes will be specified in your purchase agreement. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Order modifications or cancellations must be requested in writing and are subject to our approval. Orders that have entered production may not be cancellable or may be subject to cancellation fees.

4. Product Warranty and Support

6. Security and Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge and understand that:

• Digital asset storage involves inherent risks including but not limited to market volatility, technological risks, and regulatory changes
• You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys, recovery phrases, and digital assets
• Loss of private keys or recovery information may result in permanent and irreversible loss of digital assets
• We cannot recover lost private keys, access your stored assets, or reverse transactions
• You should maintain secure backups of your recovery information in multiple locations
• Digital assets are not insured by government agencies or deposit insurance programs
• The value of digital assets can be highly volatile and may result in significant losses
• Regulatory changes may affect the legality or usability of digital assets in your jurisdiction
• Technology risks including software bugs, hardware failures, and cyber attacks may affect your assets

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and intellectual property on our website and in our products remain our exclusive property or the property of our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our intellectual property without written permission.

Our open audit documentation is provided for transparency and verification purposes only and does not grant rights to our proprietary technologies, designs, or trade secrets. Any feedback or suggestions you provide regarding our products may be used by us without compensation or attribution.
